How do I add a recipient?

Go to Recipients → Add recipient and enter their full legal name exactly as it appears on their bank account, plus the account number and bank.

We verify the account name against the bank in real time for most corridors — if it doesn't match, you will see a warning before you can send, which prevents most returned transfers before they happen.

Once added, a recipient is saved for future transfers, so you only enter their details once.
