Can I cancel a transfer after sending it?

You can cancel a transfer at any time before it reaches the receiving bank, at no cost. Open the transfer in Activity and tap Cancel — the balance returns to your Payvio account immediately.

Once a transfer has been paid out to the recipient's bank, it cannot be recalled from our side; you would need to arrange a return with the recipient directly.

Under federal remittance rules, you also have an unconditional right to cancel within 30 minutes of payment for a full refund, even faster than our standard cancellation window.
